OBJECTIVES:

By the end of the course, delegates will be able to:

  1. Recognise the importance of well-written and well-presented reports.
  2. Identify areas where their report-writing skills need to be improved.
  3. Apply six simple principles to make their reports more effective.
  4. Devise an Action plan to improve their report-writing skills.

Morning or afternoon session
