OBJECTIVES:

By the end of the course, delegates will be able to:

  1. Participate in effective performance reviews and monitor the resulting decisions.
  2. Produce personal action plans for further developing their own skills as reviewers and job holders.

PROGRAMME:

  • The purpose of performance review.
  • Job descriptions as a basis for discussion.
  • Preparation for performance review discussions as reviewer and reviewee.
  • Pre interview and interview structure.
  • Question technique.
  • Active listening.

METHODOLOGY

Tutor led discussion, syndicate work and practice interviews. (CCTV can be used if requested)

DURATION

1 or 2 days

NB: Specific performance review paperwork systems can be written and produced for your company or department.
