Performance coaching
By the end of the course, delegates will be able to:
- Master the skill of coaching and develop an approach that has
a wide application in one to one and team situations.
- Enable others to find solutions, develop skills, change
behaviour and change attitudes.
- Focus others to produce specific results through personally
owned and committed action steps.
- Increase the motivation of their staff by an enhanced sense of
partnership, support and team work.
- Increase their own personal effectiveness by accelerated
problem solving and issue resolution.
- Effectively use coaching to enhance other initiatives
eg. Performance Reviews.

- Practice coaching using "live" issues.
The workshop is highly participative and is based on a
do/discover/review process. It is essential that each
participant has identified at least three business issues to be
coached on from which he/she would get high value.
