After training with Grand Metropolitan and Trust House Forte I became a Manager/Licensee of a number of restaurant/bars with Allied Lyons. After 5 years as a Manager I moved into Personnel and Training. I spent a short time with the Hotel and Catering Training Board (HCTB) and went on to spend 2 years as Personnel and Training Manager for the event caterers at the Wembley complex. A further position with an outdoor and event caterer led me to private healthcare where I spent 6 years with American Medical International (AMI Healthcare) and The British United Provident Association (BUPA) as Management Development Manager and Training Manager.

My qualifications include City and Guilds in catering and teaching, Institute of Chartered Personnel and Development (FCIPD), a Diploma in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Level A and Level B Certificates with the British Psychological Society.

GTi was born after many requests for tailor made cost effective courses. My background in management, interest in human behaviour and continuous quest for development gives me the experience and knowledge to design profit conscious programmes. I have been self employed for eleven years and my client list is attached.
