Delegates will be expected to
write an assignment and complete 12 hours of coaching outside the tutor hours
in order to gain their Certificate.
The How….
This is a very practical
course with participation and interaction throughout. Theory, tutorials, delegate workbook, questionnaires, case
studies, discussions + videos are also part of the programme.
This programme is for
Managers, HR and workplace coaches of both adults and young people who want to
develop their coaching skills, expand their management/leadership thinking and
gain a recognized qualification.

This represents tremendous value for money (typical cost for level 5 in
London is £2500 - £3000!!)
In House Courses
Any of the courses shown here are merely sample programmes. Remember you decide on your time frame, specific needs and objectives and the content will be designed for you.
Course costs
A daily course fee includes initial consultation, course design, handouts, certificates of attendance and any other relevant course materials.
You provide the venue and the delegates!
Daily fees £625 - £750 (maximum 12 people)
Prices for half and part day programmes can be negotiated.
Accredited ILM Award in Firstline management: typical costs
If client provides the venue and equipment:
The six day accredited course for maximum of 12 attendees: £4500 + £150 ILM registration fee per person
This fee includes travel, course materials, all video hire and double marking of the candidate assignments
(As low as £525 fully inclusive per person for the 6 day course!)
Additional costs
I try to keep most of GTi fees inclusive as my current clients like to know the end bill. However Accredited course registration fees are out of my control so these are added.
Value for money
A one day assertion course, for example, represents a fee of around £60 per person.
